Meiller Digital provides web design, local SEO, and web presence audit services for small businesses in Ontario, Canada. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal.

The business directory and scoring data on this website are provided for informational purposes only. Scores are calculated using publicly available signals and our proprietary methodology. We make no warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of any business listing or score.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, code, and design — is the property of Meiller Digital or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. User Conduct

5. Payment & Refunds

Website build projects require a 50% deposit prior to work beginning, with the balance due upon project delivery. Maintenance plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced unless we fail to deliver the agreed scope.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Business scores and directory data are informational only and do not constitute professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Meiller Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
